”Strongr Movement”

My life changed when I picked up a barbell & started Crossfit for the first time and changed my relationship with food, both aged 50.

It wasn’t just a physical change, but an emotional one too. Not only was I stronger, and feeling better, but I stood up taller, and felt empowered to take up space, and be more confident.

When I realised how little of this approach to fitness or this mindset of aging powerfully was represented in the images we see on social media (or anywhere), I started to post my journey with lifting, and called it THE STRONGR MOVEMENT, hoping to gather other strong, midlife women with me along the way.
